Well, another day come and almost gone. Today Brandi and I were both home so we were able to get some things crossed off our to-do list that we have been wanting do to for a while. We got Tess her own Savings account to put her birthday and Christmas money in as well as the cash she gets from Bampa Esplin when she goes to St. George for visits. Tess Says that when she gives Bampa lots of hugs and kisses he gives her $$$$.
Brandi and I were also able to go swimming together while Tess was at Pre-School. Speaking of school I filled out Tess's Kindergarten paperwork and am ready to sign her up tomorrow. Brandi and I are not so sure about sending her to school everyday. Tess is really excited though. We are going to put her in Grandma Fotheringhams class. I think that will be a lot of fun for Tess to look back and be able to say that her Grandma taught her in Kindergarten.
Brandi made a really good corn chowder tonight for dinner. Now we need to get something put together for FHE.
I had a impulse bur at Costco the other day. I bought a guitar for two reasons. One is that I have always to play and the other second reason. While Brandi and I were watching the Michael Jackson video there is a girl guitarist and Brandi thought that she looked awesome and Brandi wanted to be a rocker like her. So I bought this guitar so I can learn and Brandi can be a rocker girl. Unfortunately Brandi has yet to pick it up, but my youtube lessons are going great and I am having a lot of fun learning.

Wow, over a year since my last post. I am doing great at this! Brandi and I were talking yesterday and decided that we need to get a blog going so friends and family can keep updated on what we are doing as well as having a journal of sorts to keep record of our lives. I will have do write a post updating on all the latest. As for now it is a hour before church, I still need to get ready and Brandi has German pancakes coming out of the oven.
p.s.
The snowblower still works awesome and so does the smoker. We had ribs the other night with some friends and family over and they were some of the best I have ever had.

Day one of my first blog
Pretty excited today as I woke up and saw that there was enough snow on the ground to start up my new snow blower. This is not the traditional snow blower, this is a snow blower on steroids. It is made by gravely and it is actually called a tractor. I will have to post some video and pics of this bad boy. It started right up and off I went blowing snow in all directions. Brandi was laughing at me for the smile I had on my face.
After I finished blowing the snow off us and the neighbors place I went back to work on a small project of making a picture frame for a mirror that I am putting up in our basement.
All the wile I have a brisket in my new smoker ( a early christmas present to myself ). We are having some couples over for dinner tonight and we are having smoked brisket and salmon. Can't waite.
